Working in the charity sector for over 15 years' supporting, coaching and empowering adults who have been in vulnerable situations to identify their strengths and goals to enable them to move their lives forward.

As the Support and Progression Manager, my role is to ensure the continued support and progression of all Beyond Food Foundations’ clients and support the Operations manager with running Freshlife and United Kitchen programmes and overall Charity development.- Work directly with all Freshlife and United Kitchen participants and ensure they are supported as required, to include; mentoring support, information, advice and guidance.- Ensure that all programmes are monitored regularly and report back on participants’ progress to include; regular monitoring questionnaires, feedback sessions, group discussions and external reporting as well as maintaining records in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2006- Work directly with hostels and organisations to remain close contact and ensure continued relationships/growth- Maintain good administrative systems and adhere to all processes, policies and procedures to ensure that the work of the Foundation is correctly recorded- Keep up to date with the work of all partner organisations as well as within the homelessness sector as a whole- Network and maintain contact with all current and potential partner organisations including employer partners - Assist the operations manager with programme growth and development
