The Healing Meditation course I teach begins with the basics of using the breath and builds on that, giving expereinces for both the beginner and those more experienced the framework, resources and suppport for deepening their practice. It is based on the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success (Deepak Chopra) which explores yoga philosophy. In the final weeks we learn about the Three Functional Minds (Yogi Bhajan) and experience meditations to balance all three. This material gives understanding and insight into the workings of the mind and is supported by current neuroscince research presented by Rick Hansen, PHD in his recent books.
