I have a degree in engineering and own 20 residential rental units. In 2011, I was one of the top 3 agents for my southern CO office of over 200 agents and in 2012, I received the ERA national Beyond Excellence award. I was also in the top 3 at ERA southern CO and received the Circle of Achievement award. •Supervisor responsible for a team of employees who coordinated site related physical changes, personnel moves, building engineering support and departmental accounting with the majority of the site functions as a mutual fund company call center, print center and worldwide data center for one of largest mutual fund companies in the U.S.•Coordinator of the on-site Building Engineering team contracted through Jones Lang LaSalle. The building engineering department is a 24/7/365 team also responsible for support of the worldwide data center which is located in San Antonio.•Created building engineering yearly budget with contracted building engineering manager input of their specific budgeted costs and including capital improvement projects for the site.•Department’s management liason responsible for communicating facilities issues to the site’s management team.•Supervised the site Safety coordinator who coordinated and trained a group of individuals throughout to respond to minor first aid and other site wide emergencies such as fire or tornado.•Led and managed projects to rearrange departments for better efficiency, upgraded equipment, and space utilization. Took departments from planning the project using process flow charts and manpower utilization through the layout process. Coordinated on-site personnel and outside contractors to complete the project.

•Responsible for designing and coordinating all plant additions and rearranges for a 600,000 s.f. orthopedic device manufacturing facility. Some types of space that were included in the projects were office, credit union, cafeteria, CNC manufacturing, packaging clean rooms (class 100), chrome plating, passivation, metal polishing, and outdoor signage/landscaping/parking.•Developed, initiated, and implemented capital expenditure reports for site related growth and change. Projects included purchasing and installation of generator, HVAC systems, effluent elimination systems, and polishing dust control systems.•Project Manager of many large projects including: demolishing and rebuilding the interior of an existing warehouse to create a more efficient location for the local distribution operation; reengineering of the Implant Manufacturing facility which included 7500 s.f. of new construction and the complete renovation of 65,000 s.f. of manufacturing space including packaging clean rooms; design and development of entire site plan with manufacturing and office layouts for a 265,000 s.f. sister company operation in CA which was then communicated with company standards to the architect/construction company and local project implementation consultants.•Implemented cost savings ideas to reduce electrical usage within the site. Ideas grew into an ongoing team dedicated to reducing utility usage.
