Major activities include -• Design and implement a Property Management system; asset management and repair, improving repair times, proactive management, communication and reporting, and recouping thousands of dollars on government repair rebates, previously unclaimed.• Drive the organisational change and support our staff to fully embrace an MS Teams environment; staff proactively used the functions in this tool to streamline processes.• Design and implement shift worker rosters in alignments with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disabilities Services (SCHADS) Industrial Award• Participate in FYPS adopting the SCHADS Industrial Award, a very complex, impactful and lengthy process• Complete data collection and analysis; staffing, recruitment, finance and client activity• Organisational structure and detailed position review and recommendations• Rollout to FYPS an organisational driven change to a new HR, scheduling and timekeeping system, effecting all staff and many business procedures Show less
