I am responsible for leading project inside and outside of the company and communication with customer (mostly Middle East, Italy). In that time I am handling more than 7 projects in the same time. That is very mentally challenging and it is pushing me further. Inside factory I lead a random small team (basically one designer andone or two electrical engineer) after an engineering stage the project moves to manufacturing than I presented product to customer in factory.

I was receiving projects from the sales department and my responsibility was to hire people for that work, buy the material based on project technical specification and finish work at site. Through this work I learned of flexibility, the leading ofthe team and how to solve problems in very short time with limited resources.

I worked as leader of a small team of the project Mafia 2 ( computer game ). I spent more than two years in this studio. This work position learned me how to cooperate with the other associates and how to lead a small team.
