From an early age, I cultivated a deep connection with French culture, influenced by my family's advice and annual ski trips to France during my teenage years. This foundation led me to develop a strong proficiency in French, which has been central to my career journey.I began my professional path as a tour guide in France, where I honed my organizational and communication skills. During my university years, I continued to broaden my international experience, working as a Tour Operator representative across Europe, including the French Alps and Corfu. My fluency in English and French allowed me to independently negotiate contracts and manage travel arrangements, laying the groundwork for my future in the industry.Following a six-month journey across Nepal, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand, I returned to Prague and embarked on a career as a Product Manager in a travel agency, specializing in skiing trips to France. In this role, I was responsible for negotiating competitive agreements with French partners, managing B2B contracts, and overseeing logistics, pricing, and customer relations.As my career advanced, I joined the country’s leading tour operator, where I expanded my expertise in B2B and strengthened relationships with key French partners. I took on the challenge of enhancing the company's portfolio, further developing my skills in product management and international negotiation.The Covid-19 pandemic presented an opportunity for me to shift focus and explore new industries. Leveraging my B2B acumen and knowledge of French business practices, I transitioned into sales and business development with FINEPACK SE, a company specializing in eco-friendly packaging solutions for the luxury retail sector. My mission was to drive growth in the French market, building partnerships across the fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, and eyewear industries.Currently, I serve as a Business Development Manager for PRECIOSA Components, the global leader in premium crystal components. My focus is on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the French market, drawing on my extensive experience in relationship-building, negotiation, and market expansion.
