It is almost thirty years since I started my career in the heavy industry working in managerial positions for international corporations such as: ABB or FLSmidth. My profession is based on heat treatment and metallurgy. I have participated in numerous industry conferences both in Poland and abroad (Koln, Aachen, Wiesbaden, Luzern, Świebodzin) as a participant and presenter.In my career to date, I have taken part in various projects whose aim was to modernize and implement new systems and unique technologies in heat treatment plants. I have executed investments projects not only in the field of heat treatment but also in modern CNC machining lines, from laying foundations to commissioning and recruitment of employees.As Production Manager, I have been responsible for various production aspects in modern multinational production plants (Lean, 5s, TPM). I have also carried out a lot of audits in steel work industry companies in Italy, Germany, Finland, Slovakia and China. For the last fifteen years, I have been implementing integrated ISO systems.For sixteen years, I have been chairman of supervisory board of a company in the industry as well.I have been collaborating with the State University of Applied Sciences in Elbląg as a fellow lecturer.
