Project to migrate around 10k customers and 25k savings accounts onto another banking platform. My initial role was workstream lead contract migration, which enlarged towards the end of the project to deployment and go-live manage of the overall project.I additionally worked on the implementation of new business processes, that became necessary on the target platform thanks to the migrated accounts.

Project to roll out a banking and securities platform for ultra high net worth individuals to the German market. My task was to explain the customer tax regulations in the German market and to ensure these get implemented in the project.

I contributed as workstream lead Securities&Tax and with a team of internal and external experts ensured the smooth and complete migration of security accounts, security positions, fifo-data and tax exemption instruments of the customers, including requirements, solution design, implementation support, test management and intensive support of the migration control center.

Maintenance of the Financial Data Warehouse of the client. I worked as test manager for the system integration test of the quarter yearly release with a team of tester in the Philippines. I established a stable cycle of planning, execution, lessons learned and improvements and also took care of the defect management.

Project to introduce the IBM SEPA Hub as all-European SEPA system between the legacy system of eight local markets of the client and twelve banks in Europe.In contributed as worktream lead bank communication, being responsible for the alignment and integration with the eight banks, including test coordination and go-live support.

Project goal was to migrate six different legacy systems from four different countries onto one single, global custody platform.I contributed as Project Manager for the Enterprise Integration (EI) project in the overall Program. My scope consisted of 42 blocks of interfaces. With a team of six team members (mostly based in Toronto) we took care of identification, operating model, requirements, specification and development with other client business units as well as external counterparts.

Project to introduce a new version of the derivatives system and to roll it out to all bank branches worldwide. My team was responsible for the system configuration, release management, test environments and also supported with system architecture tasks.
