In my career I have been working within Business- & product development in 3 different companies in Denmark. I have been working as product development engineer, project manager, and on different line management levels. I have been in Businees Unit leaderteams as well as Global R&D leader teams. Since 2001 I have been managing global R&D units with locations in Denmark, Germany, Finland, Hungary, India and China and with a global responsibility for the companys product development. I was also responsible for building up the engineering site in Hungary.1 of august 2019 I decided to start a new working chapter. I am from that date offering services as self employed in StrandgaardConsult. Based on my 29 years of experience I offer project management, leadership, organizational development, change management and company assessment.As a person I am target oriented, collaborative and loyal to my environment. I am highly engaged in what I do and I work best with a clear accountability and by being empowered to take it. I am also structured and diciplined in i.e. following a planned approach.
