Main aim of a Business Development manager is to focus on market. BDM has to find out new trends, new opportunities and then implement them to the product portfolio. BDM job contains several spheres like management, business, project leading, marketing.I focused mainly on support of e-commerce - entire supply chain. Basicly we are talking about outsorcing of storage, expediton, transportation, return solution and finally rework activities which are necessary to ensure comprehensive service.I open negotitation with customers and introduce possibilities how to cooperate with Czech post. Then I share details of the new product with sales persons in charge.

FHC Manager is position in middle management at Flextronics Pardubice. I am fully responsible for whole business unit. I participate on regular business reviews with customers including preparation and presentation of results. From 1st September 2015 I have started with Trade Compliance for Pardubice and Brno sites. I have taken over whole agenda lassociated with this topic. I continue with set up standards at Pardubice and try to implement new approaches. For Brno site there are no processes set up for TC. In cooperation with collegues from Hungary and Brno process has been set up in accordance with world wide Flex standards.

FHC Supervisor is next step of middle management at Flextronics Pardubice. At this moment I am fully responsible for whole business unit. My working duties are more focused on objectives of the company, however I am still directly dealing with operations. I participate on regular business reviews with customers including preparation and presentation of results. Together with my team bring to life various lean methods and maintain effective workflow.From 1st June 2015 I have started with rework activities for VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) HUB division as I have previous experience in this area. I have taken over whole rework team as a leader focusing on value add services for our customers and bring new ideas.

My cooperation on the FHC project resulted into further promotion and I became a supervisor of the office team. It all started with basic setup in order to change the project to real life.In order to be able to professionally do so I spent nearly two months in our sister company in the Netherlands.Nowadays I take care of a team consisting of 6 people and we all together roof the administration part of this operation.The main tasks are:- Assure whole team proper training and good working including new members hiring if necessary- Customer and company management reporting- Direct cooperation with internal and external customers, carriers and other teams across the company

Started on junior position, promoted in February 2013. This position workload contained:- Learning about all company processes in order to be able to solve eventually issues and help to create new process or improve working instructions - Member of continuous improvement team - Reporting and results presentation - Organizing of smaller projects for example company keys managementFurther step in this position was to start value add services for our customers. I prepared working place, procedures and working instructions. I managed several reworking projects as re-labeling, screening and testing of PC accessory devices including activities under ESD protection. I communicated each request with customers, organized whole execution, calculated fees and reported final results.The last assignment was a project which moved specific operation from our sister company in NL to CZ.
