In addition to this, due to my senior position, I had the role to train many of the new hires in Microsoft (Account Manager, Directors and General Managers) on the rules of Microsoft Licensing and Pricing.I worked almost seven years with the defined Enterprise customers in Norway (2000 Desktop+) and built relations to most of these. During both my periods in Microsoft, I am proud of the work that was done and can honestly state that there are no bad business relations or transactions to look back at.

Licensing advisory, customer training of licensing rules and negotiation support were amongst the most important job tasks.

This was the original Open Value Subscription program (Open Subscription License). This was such a huge success and was adopted globally in Microsoft. The team was granted some full time employee positions as a result was difficult to obtain at the time in Microsoft and I was one of the ones who received a firm position.
