• Develops and evaluates network performance criteria and measurement methods for the Evolved Packet Core. • Recommends strategic network architecture planning and network evolution policy decisions in support of corporate initiatives, customer demand, technology changes.• Evaluates new and emerging technologies for addition and/or application to existing network systems. • Prepares the analysis of short term or long term capacity planning needs for the wireless infrastructure. • Conducts business case analysis. • Identify strategy and requirements for development of a multi-year, multi product capital planning tool.• Guide the team on how to improve the integrated planning tool using features, model parameters, etc.• Interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and develop an analytical approach to drive strategy for business tooling, and integrated planning.• Lead cross functional teams to develop a technology roadmap for traffic management, drive execution of roadmap components and also assess impacts to traffic from product related changes.

• Responsible for systems availability, capacity planning and management, support, system performance, and configuration of the Cisco Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN).• Works with Operations, Labs, and Engineering teams to implement changes in the existing network and deploy new network infrastructure. • Proficient understanding in network systems, equipment and architectural design of 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks.• Has a proficient knowledge of LTE network technology, and works with Engineering and Implementation teams toward the design and deployment of the LTE network infrastructure.• Coordinates with Lab, Architecture Design teams, and vendors to review Engineering Design Plan and Detailed Architecture documents for new project implementations.• Uses engineering tools, various software applications, and databases to assist in creating the engineering documents for handoff to the implementation team.• Holds the following professional certifications (CCNP, CCDP, CCVP, CAWDS, and JNSAP).

• Technical expert for all pre-sales network design solutions presented to AT&T customers.• Presents Technical presentations to Account teams and AT&T customers.• Resolves technical issues for customers by assessing customer’s network and recommending a solution.• Strong knowledge of Data WAN and LAN solutions multiple vendor platforms (Cisco, Adtran, and Nortel )• Designs VOIP solutions for Cisco and Avaya platforms. • Design Wireless solutions for Cisco networks.• Develop Statement of Work (SOW) to communicate designed solution and installation process.• Obtained the following professional certifications (JNSAP, CAWDS, CCNP, CCDP, and CCVP). • Trains new Design Engineers, Solution Account Executive, and Customer Solution Center Engineer on sales process and quoting systems.• Works closely with Engagement Managers, Operations Engineers (CCIE), and Middle and Senior level management across the entire organization.
