The largest and most challenging project in my career: Development of Factory for production tires for the Korean Investor Nexen Tires. After finish it should be one of the largest production facility of Tires in Europe. Development is divided to four phases. In 2017 started phase 1. - Project located in Northern Bohemia region(Zatec city) near German borders. - After finish it will help client(Nexen Tires) to deliver Their products for huge and still growing automotive industry in the Europe region. In numbers: - Site area: 654 000 m2 - Building area(1st phase): 99 000 m2 - Gross area: 130 000 m2 - Construction area> 136 000 m2 - Including Main Factory building, total building objects in the complex: 26
