• Produce reports as required by the Senior Management Team (SMT) from recording of daily KPI’s• Weekly/Bi Weekly reporting of KPI’s to the SMT.• Issuing purchase invoices to budget holders for authorisation and input into purchase ledger, ensuring that all invoices are posted in a timely fashion at the end of the month.• Responsible for all input into sales ledger (invoices and receipts), including preparation of invoices.• Highlighting of abnormal/ unusual purchases. • General management and reconciliation of creditors and debtors• Preparation of monthly salaries • Maintain and purchase childcare vouchers.• Bank Reconciliations.• Assistance with management of cash flow.• Reconcilation of box office takings to bank receipts.• Posting of all receipts and payments to bank account in an accurate and timely fashion.• Maintain petty cash records, and reconcile both FOH and Office floats.• Produce monthly cost centre budget reports for distribution to budget holders.• Liaise with budget holders to report on variances to Finance Manager.• Work with Finance Manager to produce budgets, and to input budgets into system.
