Provide Support for users across all Kindred facilities. This support includes hardware, clinical applications and networking. Issues are to be troubleshot and solved on a priority scale. Complex issues are to be researched and fixed with support from applications owners.

Oversaw production material management. This included preparing invoices and orders based on customer requests. Managed inventory, including tracking and receiving material, outgoing orders and daily recon.

Provided support during implementations of AS400 and Cerner. This support included provisioning user accounts, created and customized roles based on end user needs and performed process assessment to identify risk/opportunities to improve internal control in accordance to HIPAA.

Provided support on a work at home transitions project. This support included building Cisco phone profiles and working with end users to assure successful transition. Collaborated with Phone companies and ISPs to ensure user compatibility to transition to a work at home environment.

IT Manager for a small business setting at Flavorcarft. Provided full IT support, including repairs, upgrades, installation and configuration of hardware and software. Developed, managed and implemented Active Directory policies and windows scripts. Created and maintained OS images.

Provided call center and face-to-face customer service, software troubleshooting, and assistance for a user base of approximately 20,000 clients, including faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Entered tickets into a division-wide helpdesk software and included clear written descriptions of problem or request reported and troubleshooting steps completed. Communicated with clients regarding system accounts while keeping within federal and university guidelines
