As District General Manager, responsible for the business unit Building Solutions in Netherlands (10-12 direct reports, 180fte). Managing a team existing of a sales leader, sales support team leader, projects leader and a service leader. Besides that, responsible for managing the HR, Finance, legal, Quality and HSE. As Director, responsible for the cooperation and communication with the local works council.

As DFSL responsible for the P&L the Service department (90 fte's) and member of the Dutch Management team of HBS. Tasks are monthly forecasts, work out AOP’s, capacity models and focus on performance of contracts and people. Monthly reviews with European Service Management, Quarterly reviews with the European Management Team.

As PM responsible for operational and financial results for Energy Projects. Also responsible for implementing Energy Retrofit within the HBS business.

Within this position my responsibility is the maintenance base in the region North-East and Middle of the Netherlands. Maintenance of HVAC installations and Fire and Security systems is done by 23 service engineers within the region.Since 2010, due to a small restructuring of the service department, I'm also responsible for the service contract for a large hospital in the West part of the Netherlands and also for Remote Service in Apeldoorn.To manage a total of 32 service engineers, three Service Supervisors are appointed and report to me.
