Analyze and challenge business processes in Capacity Planning, Shop Floor and Quality Control by comparing as-is processes with as-designed processes world wide and alignment with Supply Chain strategy. Drive continuous process improvement and simplification. Create buy in for innovations (processes, people/knowledge, IT systems). Prepare projects to develop and implement these improvements (scope, resources, business case, timing, buy in). Monitor progress, deliverables and reaching the objectives of these projects. Stay aligned with the Supply Chain governance structure (Process Experts) and the IT Business Engineers. Support Supply Chain project managers and act as a project manager when necessary.

As Business Process Lead (BPL) a part of the Production Execution team (which is a part of the SCM stream in the EMEA region) in the world wide SAP implementation (COMET project). I am responsible for defining and closing the gap between the Global SAP and Pas-X (Werum) templates and the local production execution processes at the production sites.
