• Develop, implement and update the 5 years market plan based on constantly updated competition and value chain intelligence and sales input• Develop a good customer selection on a continuous basis; provide guidance and expectations for sales performance maximize profitability• Drive innovation initiatives for business segment and orchestrate product launch by country• Develop commercial input for business cases• Prepare and review Annual sales & CoMa budget and planning process to drive continued growth• Monitor and take corrective actions to ensure delivery of Sales and CoMa on a continuous basis• Clear global communications across organization about business segment opportunities, conditions, successes, etc. • Provide pricing guidelines to sales regions; monitor and act upon TPC changes as appropriate• Challenges the 0 – 18 month forecast for the business• Plan efficient promotional material for respective segment• Hands-on involvement at top-tier customers
