Deliver engaging lessons while evaluating students’ performance to efficiently develop robust teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery aimed at advancing the student’s knowledge and understanding of the curriculum as well as performance. Provide strategic leadership in the development of a research pipeline and provide academic administration to enhance the teaching and learning environment. Actively participate in the evaluation of the BA Social Sciences and Political Science academic programme on the Mafikeng Campus of the North-West University. Achievements: • Successfully wrote syllabi for several courses (2010 – 2020) and constructed study guides that are used in other campuses. • Redesigned politics programme in the third year at the NWU Potchefstroom and Vaal campuses (2012).

Provided strategic leadership with regards to the development and implementation of the curriculum for political studies to facilitate valuable learning and spearheaded research, learning, teaching as well as practical activities to guarantee the attainment of agreed KPIs for the module.
