• Implement Client network Infra going to CLOUD• Implement Site-to-Site VPN/Virtual Tunnel to 3rd party clients• Implement Client’s DMVPN Global standardisation • Implement firewall rules based on requests• Implement firewalls policy requests• Attend to Client meetings with regards to upcoming implemenation build and design• Handle ticket escalations to drive for resolution

Attend troubleshooting bridges to address network issues• Update/Solve trouble tickets raised for the network• Manage Network and Security devices• Address expansion requirements needed by clients; e.g. new FW policy, new Subnet advertisement• Monitor Network devices via Solarwinds• Coordinate with different ISP’s regarding circuit outages
