Execution of food safety and quality audits. e.g. against HACCP, BRC and ISO 9001 standards.

As manager Research and Development I was responsible for quality and technological subjects. I managed a team of up to 15 quality and development staff and have been in frequent contact with collegues in Ireland (Charleville) and Northern Ireland, e.g. in transferring production lines. In the Dutch plant we set up a HACCP system. In 1999 the production plant was closed and I actively participated in both assuring quality of the last Dutch production and the transfer of production to Ireland.

Products: processed cheese.As manager R&D I was responsible for solving technological problems and development of new and adjusted products.The company was sold to Golden Vale (now Kerry Foods) in mid 90-ies.

In this role I advised cutomers on application of vegetable fats in chocolate and dairy. I contributed actively in an international customer seminar and have helped (potential) customers with technological problems, resulting in new business for the company.
