The team was divided into 5 groups. The measurement groups prepared stations and carried out measurements of 3 types of services: Internet, VoIP and SMS. The Standards group found and developed standards for the aforementioned services, and the Tools group prepared the measurement methodology and described the measured parameters. In addition, the IT group prepared a website, which served as a communication platform and provided the basis for the final version of the report summarising the quality of the tested services offered on the market. As project manager, I was responsible for coordinating the activities of the individual groups, allocating tasks and supervising the progress of the work through weekly meetings and reports to the project leader.
