I am part of regional leadership team with responsibility for eCommerce channel strategy, channel development, and sales management. I report directly to General Manager Hill's CEEME, and closely cooperate with global eCommerce Hill's and Colgate teams.My main tasks are building a powerful eCommerce function within the region through a strong sales organization, building relationships with trade partners and developing eCommerce capabilities within the region.

Leading one jKAM, team of interns and inter-departmental coordination. Building eCommerce CZSK strategy to accelerate e-channel growth through a strong relationship with trade partners, digital shelf and internal eCommerce capability building; leading position within CEE and Nordics region as a top-performing BU. Strategy development and management of local trade and distribution partners within HORECA, Impuls and Health Food business.

Taking over Alpro distribution from previous distributor Emco. Closing business conditions with CZSK customers. Leading further business development (distribution, strong inno pipeline). Integration of Alpro into the existing organizational sales structure in May 2019.

Responsibility for Personal care category at PK Solvent - the biggest drug chain in CZ. Building new sales channels (e.g pharma, beauty stores, hair salons) for Unilever personal care brands.

Responsibility for boosting sales and profit of Personal Care categories in CZSK through Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack Price Architecture, Volume/Mix Management, Promotion Management, and Trade Terms Management

Responsibility for the category of deodorants and oral care and delivering category targets (NS, margin) through a wide distribution and high performance of innovations, building a strong promotional plan, planning brand activations and BTL communication. Leading one team member (trade specialist).

Brand building and trade management of Hair Care category - Gliss Kur, Schauma, Syoss, Essence Ultime. Brand communication from A to Z. Monitoring and analyzing the market fundamentals. Innovation Management (local adaptation, assortment strategy, planning, setting KPIs). Support of the KAM team.
