Providing support by testing raw materials and production samples in an organoleptic manner. Executing chemical tests, determining moisture content, sieve analysis, salt titrations. Job consisted mainly of analyzing representative samples, of incoming raw materials and production mixes made out of these raw materials, by using near infra-red scanning equipment and storing results of all tests into large databases. Most of these tests for incoming raw materials and production mixes were also tested organoleptically. A large period of time was also spent on microbiological air and swab sampling. Subsequently, these samples were cultured inside incubators to determine the quantity Colony Forming Units. Necessities were preparation of culture media and logging all results. Handling incoming raw materials booking into the system/sampling bags on pallets to be tested at the lab was also one of main tasks for another large period of time. I became responsible for checking/correcting completed production batches and sending these to designated locations with the precise, planned quantity. Calibrating scales, performing inspection for various purposes such as hygiene and tidiness. I took part in handling and executing Standard Operational Procedures.
