As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), I am representing the technology agenda of Van Wijnen Components including management of the Research & Development (R&D) organization, Information Technology (IT) organization, and Operational Technology (OT) organization.As CTO and management board member, I am outlining and managing the strategic and tactical processes within the organization, I determine the company’s vision, and translate the vision into the organization and its operations. Van Wijnen Smart Spaces, Frames, and Structures where prefabricated concrete walls, floors, facades, bathrooms and toilet units are produced. Digitalization plays a major role in the production, which takes place on the basis of "File to Factory". On the basis of supplied data, people and robots produce high-quality products.

In my role as Strategy Manager Global Operations & Sales, directly reporting to the CEO, I developed sales and business strategies to increase profitability and turnover growth (>€100M per year). I developed innovative solutions & capabilities by working closely across business teams and share best practices. I devised and implemented new tactics to accelerate sales, grow business, increase profit, and find new opportunities in the market. I defined and executed a sales and marketing strategy based on C-level management engagement, led the acquisition of companies and oversaw operational integration of acquired companies within AutoForm. I initiated strategic initiatives and project that supported turnover growth for businesses in the region. TriboForm Engineering is part of AutoForm group, reporting to the management board of AutoForm in Zurich, Switzerland. I managed HR activities, such as planning, recruitment, hiring, retention, and development in accordance with corporate HR directives. I managed the planning and implementation of complex customer projects. I led sales and inbound & outbound marketing activities aimed at rapidly wining business and strengthening market position. Line manager of a team of 10 FTEs directly and 60 FTEs indirectly, including technical, sales, and administration staff.My Key Success in This Role:* Achieved double digit business growth, year after year;* Championed profitability and business growth by assuring implementation of all goals without compromising company's policies, and while meeting client's business needs and objectives;* Implemented efficient business practices to develop good relationship with customers to expand customer base as well as maximize profit and revenue.

My role as CEO and Founder, I established and successfully ran the company from scratch to highest level while streamlining all the operations and tasks. I directed end to end facets, such as administration, business operations, marketing, business strategy development, sales, technical product development, and HR management. I analyzed the market to identify new opportunities and devise policies that promote company culture and vision accordingly. I facilitated in growing and developing the company while maintaining good relationship with customers to expand customer base and maximize profit and revenue.
