With over 20 years of experience in laboratory engineering and process improvement, I am currently the RBM Global LIMS business and application expert at Umicore Finland Oy, a leading materials technology company. In this role, I support the global roll-out and implementation of the RBM Global LIMS system, which is a laboratory information management system that enhances the quality and efficiency of data management and analysis. I also collaborate with the RBM Global LIMS team and the local site teams to provide training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for the system. My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, process engineering, and Six Sigma, which I have applied in my previous roles as a laboratory engineer at Umicore and Freeport Cobalt Oy. I am passionate about optimizing the performance and sustainability of the manufacturing processes, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me achieve this goal.
