The SCAUT project's mission statement is to facilitate communication between health professionals and ICD patiens through a mobile application. As UX researcher, I partook in the planning and execution of large evaluation- and feasibility studies while in close dialogue with product owner and developers.The evaluation study was a qualitative study, in which over 50 ICD patients were throughly interviewed about their expeirence with the app. In the feasibility study, we quantitatively documented to what extent the new communication paradigm created value in terms of both better treatment of patients and work time spent per interaction.

I conducted day to day maintenance of the faculty's intranet; I communicated complex terms of studying at the university to students; and I wrote programs in Python to automate my and others' day to day tasks.
