LEADERSHIP: Leadership has always been my passion. I love to create results via my employees, the better the “machine” is greased and tuned, the higher is the satisfaction in reaching my goals. My management style is to endorsing the optimal skills in the individual employee. I am used to deliver result on a high and complex level and I am also used to navigate with many different stakeholders.INNOVATION: Another passion of mine is to use technologies for reaching ambitious goals for the business. Technology is worthless if it doesn’t support the business units in either being more efficient, more productive, cutting down costs, selling more, improving customer satisfaction etc. etc. CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Weather it's external companies or internal departments that are the customer, my focus is on providing as much value to the customer as possible so that they feel that they get the most out of the relationship.RELATIONS: I flourished very much in working with people and relations, and not least in building up and keeping relations with employees, customers, business partners, colleagues and my management. PERSONALITY: My basic personality and philosophy is to treat everybody with respect. It will in my experience create the best results. Happier employees provide higher productivity.PROCESSES: It is very important to me that processes, procedures etc. in relation to the operation, has been carefully worked out, described and maintained carefully, are accessible and not least verifiable. RESULT ORIENTED: One of my biggest drives is to create results. It can “simply” be to improve the exciting Modus Operandi or it can be to support new business goals, strategic implementations, rationalize, optimize etc. SUPPLIERS: It is for me extremely important to get most value out of the budgets and at the same time make sure that suppliers are motivated to deliver maximum service and support
