Jan works as Assistant Manager within the Performance Improvement Consulting group at PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic. For last 3 years Jan focused on advisory in area of performance management and he participated in various projects of the Finance & Accounting team in Czech Republic, Netherlands and Azerbaijan, including Activity based costing, SSC realization, Corporate performance management (CPM), Risk management and optimization, finance function diagnostics and process management.

I was a financial analyst in Distribution network controlling – retail and corporate segment. I was responsible for corporate segment which included preparation of sales and financial budget in co-operation with financial department, preparation of budget for distribution network and split withing the network. Furthermore I was responsible for co-ordination of project implementation of new KPI reports in reporting tool COGNOS 8 and co-ordination of project integration of data from daughter companies to standard reports in bank.

I was a business analyst within the Performance reporting & budgeting project. I was responsible for analysis of current reporting system within the bank and analysis of available data sources and application used for reorting. Furthermore I participated on implementation of management reporting and new central reporting for distribution network including development of controlling data mart. Subsequntly I participated on preparation of new budgeting process design and its implementation within the key department in bank.
