- Senior role in large corporate/structured credit risk management area; position level: board-1 locally in Czech rep. (board-4 globally), reports to the Chief Risk Officer of Czech/Slovak rep. Individual delegated approval authority in the amount of double-digits millions EUR (above one billion CZK)- Major tasks: management and responsibility for a portfolio of the biggest CEE groups (amounting to several billions of EUR; largely energy and infrastructure segments) and management of complex syndicated/structured corporate trans-actions from risk perspective, to ensure balanced risk and return orientation. Coordination of credit approval process from the beginning to the end, including the guidance of staff within the process. Responsibility for final analysis, assessment, recommendation (or approval using own competence), and presentation of cases to the committees (global board / B-1). Also cooperation on negotiation of transactions and credit aspects (term sheets; LMA-style documentation) with client’s management; guidance of junior staff.

Senior independent role in credit risk management area.

- Independent role in portfolio management of distressed assets (corporate & specialized lending), including work on several projects; position level: board-2 (reporting to the head of division)- Responsible for the recovery and management of distressed assets and fraud cases, including client management, analysis of the client's business model, credit structure, including advanced financial modeling, assessment of various legal aspects, and design solutions for restructuring, provisioning.- Advises the market side on the handling of potentially problematic cases- Responsible for IT projects (roughly 30-40% of working time): @ successfully managed automation & creation of a new reporting model & standards in the distressed assets division @ (core) member of the project team, which was responsible for the design & implementation of the new automated & predictive IT system for risk monitoring

- analytical work on semi-senior level (first year on junior level)- negotiates with clients; cooperates in transaction structuring; responsible for the evaluation of the business model and provides analysis of credit position of mid-size-corporations & project finance, including financial modeling, analyzes some legal matters; own lending competence- project-based work: new automated & predictive IT system for risk monitoring (see above)
