Senior Officer of e-Channel & System, Bank of China, SingaporeAssist to be responsible for the online payment system, online remittance system, personal online bank, ATM business, telephone bank and other E-channel business as well as the system testing work in Bank of China, Singapore. • Online Payment System: （1）Get familiar with the bank payment system process, assist to be responsible for the online payment system requirements compile, requirements analysis, system improvement, development progress of the newly-added requirements, service testing as well as the service online. （2）Communicate and coordinate with the payment merchants, try to look for some merchants for the online payment system, for example, the Airline Company, Telecommunications Company and so on. （3）Arrange to resolve the E-bank payment system problems that are submitted by the customer service centre and be responsible to coordinate with the head office. （4）Assist to finish the FAST ( bank transfer between the Bank of China and other banks ) project test and resolve the post-production problems. • ATM Business：（1） Get familiar with the ATM system process and be responsible for the ATM system requirements compile, requirements analysis, system improvement, development progress of the newly-added requirements, service testing as well as the service online. （2） Master the ATM business process, compile the ATM administrative measures as well as deal with the accounting, card withdraw problems and so on. （3） Join the ATM5 network service and settle the relevant interbank problems. （4） Figure out the ATM system problems that are submitted by the customer service centre and be responsible for communicating with the head office. （5） At present the ATM is developing the FAST transfer business which can realize the ATM inter-bank transfer.• Telephone Bank Business：（1） Be responsible for the online testing for each system of the telephone bank.

• Established and provided financial advisory services for customers, promoted BOC financial products, achieved sales volume of RMB 300k per month with a largest deal of RMB 1m• Met average 10 customers a day, presented product details (e.g. ROI, lock-in period etc.) to potential investors to build long term client relationships• Researched BOC financial product, Chinese banking guidelines and statutory requirements to stay updated on new laws and applications• Analyzed borrower's credit ratings and financial statements, provided expert advice on mortgage, educational and personal loans• Developed new customers through monthly roadshows, networking and seminar marketing
