I am someone who is passionate about my company and my customers. I strive to make sure the customer always leaves happy and satisfied. My goals at any position held is to help the workplace gain customers and happy team members. I firmly belive communication is the key to ensuring any party involved with you has all problems and concerns met and solved. As someone who has worked in retail and is also a customer at many retail stores, I like to analize the things I would like as far as services from walking into the store to leaving. How would I like to be helped? What can stores change or keep the same to ensure happy team members and customers? What needs improvement and what could stay the same? I am a hard worker and I like to enjoy my job. I think work can be fun and enjoyable with the right culture and the right people on your team as well as the right training.
