As a Administrative Supervisor Assistant for the US Navy I have many different skills that will be great assets for your company. I am drawn to working for you because of my interest in the opportunity to use my skill sets and in further developing my career in Human resources. With extensive experience working in the US Navy. I have a strong background along the lines of Human Resources, Administrative and Supply Business. I have spent the last 5 years working on my leadership, organizing work teams as supervisor, scheduling work and training, following up on the progress and success of each member of my team and providing feedback, ordering and replacing over $100,000 dollars’ worth of parts, assisting in preparing performance evaluations and most of all resolving unusual/unique problems.I take pride in my ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with coworkers, peers, and subordinates. Serving in a supervisory role made me confident in my position to lead, direct, coach and mentor. During Spring and Summer of 2024, I managed 10 personnel through 60–80-hour work weeks, over 15 troubleshooting problems but with hard work and persistence, in the end passed the biggest inspection of the year with a 94%.
