As People Experience Manager, I am happy have an impact on something that truly matters to me and doing this for IWC Schaffhausen – I brand I cherish for a long time – is a dream come true.My relationship with IWC Schaffhausen started with an internship, led to writing my thesis with them, publishing an article based on the results in zfo (Zeitschrift für Führung + Organistion), and now working for them in my current role. Prior to this position, I had the opportunity to work as a management consultant, gaining exposure to different industries.In my day-to-day work, my unique background combining management and fine arts enables me to develop creative ideas in a business context and present them in a visually appealing way.
