• I lead a team of 50+ Data Scientists including Senior Managers and Managers to improve consumer experience across various PayPal products like PayPal P2P, Venmo (Peer to Peer payments), Xoom (International Remittance), Donations, Financial services (Crypto and High Yield Savings), Honey (Shopping) and Overall consumer experience across both App and Web interfaces• Influence the roadmap of cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering and Design) with data-driven recommendations• Implemented strategies using propensity ML models to improve cross-sell of new products to existing customers of PayPal• Ran multiple experiments to test and optimize consumer experience and behavior across all interfaces• Led data strategy vision to bring cross-property data from various PayPal acquisitions like Honey, Xoom, and Venmo into a single platform and created relevant data marts that would improve efficiency and accuracy for analytics• Defined and operationalized relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure laser focus on business goals, but also detailed enough to monitor the overall business health• Established Go to Market checklist and KPI tracking capabilities for successful launch of multiple products like Crypto, PayPal Digital Wallet and High Yield Savings Account• Created Data-Driven recommendations that drove 5X increase to adoption of early-stage products

• Provided data driven recommendations to optimize Merchant integrations with PayPal to reduce the lead time• Supported the re-launch of PayPal In-Store product in collaboration with the newly acquired iZettle product• Improved the Instant Transfer experience for Merchants that resulted in incremental $10M in revenue for the company• Improved the servicing experience for large merchants with multiple accounts to reduce manual servicing costs for the company

• I led a team of 10+ Data Scientists to manage the automated underwriting strategy for PayPal Working Capital Loans• Under my leadership, we grew the business by more than three times through our innovative underwriting strategies and lent over $2B in a calendar year• Introduced new techniques to the underwriting process like Pre-Approval, Custom loans by repayment types, Step wise graduation policy for loyal customers, that helped improve revenue for the company and the application experience for merchants• Having been one of the first data scientists on the team, I created an automated decision strategy from scratch leveraging machine learning models, for underwriting PayPal Working Capital loans to small and medium-size merchants on the PayPal platform• Worked with engineering team to implement data pipes and decision strategies in the production environment using detailed requirements
