After being made redundant and having my daughter, I was offered a position as a night stock replenshier at Tesco.•My duties were to segregate that nights delivery into the relevant department's, I would then have to unpack the delivery and stock the items in there relevant positions, whilst re stocking the shelfs I would have to tidy and ensure all products were neatly presented for the customers.••I would also have to work through back stock to keep our stock to a minimum and to ensure the availability of all products was at its maximum.•On occasions I would finish my duties on my department, so I would then go an assist my colleagues where needed in other departments replenishing stock to the maximum for the customers.••Throughout the night I was in consent contact with customers so I ensured I was presentable and welcoming at all times, I would deal with customer queries and I would collect electronics and delivery items for the customers upon request.••I finished my employment at Tesco to go back into my career
