CurrentWithin my role as a team leader I was responsible for the following areas:• Recruitment Management & Selection• Sickness Absence• Performance Management• DSO Targets & Daily Receipt Targets• Workload Delegation• One to Ones ,Appraisals and Objectives • Team Meetings• Debt Reviews• Call Statistic reporting.• Query & Legal Escalations• Training new starters on Procedures and Systems.• Annual Leave authorizing and ensuring this does not affect the productivity of the office.• Creating Reports • Reforming the ledgers to become more efficient and more productive in regards to DSO and cash collection.• Writing procedures and fact sheets on all the ledgers.• Forecasting WIP.
