Have worked in Mental Health since 2007 starting as an Activity Director for RDP (Regular Day Treatment). Moved into Case Management for Adult Mentally Ill Population. Promoted to develop the first Supportive Housing Program. The program was a great success as the state mental hospital was closing and transitions and integration of consumers was imperative. Promoted to In home Team Therapist. Moved to Mobile for 9 months to transition the last 72 consumers from the state facility. Functioned as head of the Transition Team Therapist. Once all consumers were transitioned and/or placed I returned home to develop and operate a facility near my home serving the mentally ill adult population in the capacity of Therapist and Coordinator. Prior experience was in retail management as owner operator of a multiple-unit business.Professionally progressive, successful and adaptable.
