ROLESANDRESPONSIBILITIESDAILY ACTIVITIES❖ Creation of AUC.❖ Creating of ASSET.❖ Performing on partial capitalization and full capitalization.❖ Performing on Asset retirements (Partial & Full).❖ Transferring Assets to the Existing Assets and calculation on Catch up (Unplanned Depreciation). ❖ Performing On Misc activities (Project Finish dates, Change Asset life & Cost Center etc..)❖ Handling JV (Journal entries) posting by daily wise.❖ Handling recurring entriesMONTH END ACTIVITIES❖ Preparing ACR (Asset Class Reconciliation) for every month.❖ Posting Depreciation on Assets for every month.❖ Working on Asset master register.❖ Reconciliation between the bank books and cash books balances by circulating weekly and monthly and confirming the balances.❖ Handling Accruals every month.❖ Handling G/L Posting in Monthly wise❖ Reversal accruals and deferrals into closing month end.❖ Ensuring Month end activities have to be completed without missing any SLA (Service Level Agreement
