Since 2014, I have been a Consultant and Project Manager in PR and marketing communications. My clients are companies and organisations with an innovative and often intercultural approach. I accompanied the Media Tech Hub in Potsdam, as PR and Communications Consultant, to prepare the annual hybrid conference. Responsabilities included a website redo, copy writing, media kits, blogging, strategy, press release, a conference teaser video, and all the texts for the programme book of the conference itself. I project managed graphic designer, videographer, webmaster, and social media community manager and programmed bi-weekly newsletter campaigns, working hand-in-hand with expert members of the team and external project partners alike.

Berlin Cosmopolitan School (BCS) is a private international school focusing on science, music, and movement. Today over 700 students from over 45 countries are enrolled. During my assignment with BCS, I managed a team of 4 from France, Singapore, and Germany on the mission to brand the institute's new publishing house and create an E-Commerce webshop to sell multilingual educational materials.

DWR eco is a strategy consultancy, focusing on Green Technologies. Services include Public Affairs, PR & Marketing. At DWR eco, my responsibilities as PR Consultant comprised press monitoring and classical press work, texts and postings for social media and blog posts, editorial, newsletter campaigns and website re-launches. Clients were amongst others: Array Technologies, First Solar, ESDEC, ENEL, and Alliander.An example of a project I managed was the summit of the 450 MHz Alliance, a sector event for stakeholders of the 450MHz frequency. It comprised a two-day conference with general assembly and side events (including meetings, dinners, and press conferences). In the role of project manager, I organised the event and coordinated providers and team members from the consultancy, and from the client’s side.

Zum goldenen Hirschen is one of Germany's biggest owner-managed advertising agencies. The company works for the country's most significant global players and major government bodies, bringing together international experts from the media, PR, PA and digital communication.During my time at the agency, I worked in project management for "Bürgerdialog Stromnetz", the initiative for public dialogue on grids, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWI). As part of an interdisciplinary project team, I was responsible for event organisation, roadshow planning, and staffing of the promotional vehicle. In Public Relations, my responsibilities comprised press clippings, press releases, copywriting for web and social media, and the co-development of a social media strategy. In addition, I was part of the video production for the "Da für Dich" employer branding campaign of the Berlin Police Department.

For Fiberflies LLC, a startup for LED light party toys, I worked as Project Manager, coordinating a team of 5 people. The mission was to improve internal communication and build up the external communication channels, so I developed a new social media strategy with user-generated content provided by the brand's community. To make use of creative synergies, I initiated a partner program with artists from Malaysia and Singapore. Within four weeks, following and engagement on social media increased fivefold. Today, Fiberflies has a very reactive niche community of over 7.000 engaged users who regularly share their experiences through photos and videos.

Alami Products produces natural cosmetics from Bali (Indonesia). For the company, I was in charge of communication, brand building and general project management. I created marketing materials, organised photo shootings and positioned Alami's products in Hotels and selected concept stores. Supported by a a local sales team, I organised the opening event of Alami's own Lifestyle Boutique and the creation of an e-commerce shop, managing a core team of 5, an external web agency and several sales partners and freelancers.

Ono Creations produces designer hand bags and accessories from 100% natural materials and consults companies on their sustainability strategy. Applying the “cause-no-harm” approach, all products are hand-crafted by skilled artisans, who work on the island of Bali, Indonesia”, under fair conditions. The focus of my work for Ono was on Business Development, Partnerships and Social Media.

Outdoor in Asia (OIA) started in 2001 as the first Asian Adventure Center and evolved today as a unique outdoors DMC. In my role as Workshop Lead, I went on teambuilding trips and ran teambuilding events for schools and companies from Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Since 2004, I have been specialising in events, promotions, live communication, shows, workshops, artist- and talent booking. Clients were, amongst others, the following organizations from Germany, and Singapore: Grün Berlin, Berlinale, Deutsche Telekom, Marina Bay Sands, Visa, Audi, Melissa Shoes, Karl Lagerfeld, Mercedes Benz, Mrs. Sporty, Bread & Butter Berlin, just to name a few.

Fantasy Parties is an event and entertainment company. In my role as Event Coordinator, my responsibilities included the organisation and hosting of events, such as meetings, family functions, birthday parties, dinner & dances, festivals, salons and company outings. I trained and groomed new employees and ran the company twice, for a month at a time.

During my internship with Robusta Gaukel, a producer of construction accessories, I worked as assistant to the Manager in Berlin, in Internal Communications and Customer Service.

With more than 6,500 employees at 35 locations worldwide and annual sales of around 1.7 billion Euros, Max Bögl is one of the main construction, technology and service companies in the German construction sector. In my internship, I worked in the Commercial department in Leipzig (Germany) until moving to a Solar plant construction site in Liège (Belgium), where I became part of the Project Management team, translating documents and digital media into English, French, and German.
