Our mission comprised of drafting an addendum to the original contract to proceed with the repair works, and agreeing with all parties (Employer, Contractor, Engineer, and major Subcontractors) on the terms and conditions whereby old claims were settled, and new repair scope was added.

Place Pasteur, Beirut, Lebanon- Administered the Damage Assessments Report (of the common areas and 165 apartments) following the Beirut port blast and engaged in negotiations with loss adjusters, resulting in securing a $13,000,000 settlement from the insurance company.- Solicited offers from contractors of all trades (through bidding process) to (1) repair the common areas of a residential complex consisting of 165 apartments that were heavily damaged by the 2020 Beirut Port Blast, (2) build a gym and spa complex, and (3) reconstruct the interior finishes (including MEP) of two standalone apartments. All contracts were tailored according to the scope and level of coordination requested by each contractor. Administering the contracts focused on timely completion within the approved budgets. Variations were administered by checking conformity with market rates and agreeing on suitable rates with contractors.
