I worked with the course designer and instructor to design the graduate level Digital Identity and Virtual Communities course as well as helped to gather course resources. Once the course was ready, I stayed on as the Course Assistant working with students to find different virtual communities to join and helping to create their digital identities. I was also available to work one on one with any student who feels they need extra help.

I have also helped students with developing research and writing skills.· During the spring 2017 semester one of the professors had to take an emergency leave, and I was asked to be an Assistant for her graduate-level Learning with Emerging Technologies course. I helped students with any content questions and with any virtual environment developing questions. I worked with students one on one to help bring their virtual projects to reality.

· I was responsible for all management functions up to and including buying, hiring, discipline, and merchandising. · In 2006 CVS asked if I would spend three months on the road training, developing, and mentoring store managers of a 1600 store buyout that CVS did when they acquired the Osco chain. During this time, I worked with newly acquired managers teaching them how to use CVS store/office equipment and programs. All the while keeping the learning environment positive making the transition from Osco to CVS smooth.
