Therefore, I decided to optimize the compliance management via the SaaS by AKARION, an agile solution for any industry and successful consultants and the following topics: Data protection, information security, business continuity, elearning, whistleblowing and audit.

My absolute favorite when it comes to law: data protection law! I pursued this with enthusiasm as a lawyer, primarily looking for creative solutions for my colleagues and clients. Regardless of whether it is the EU GDPR or the eprivacy regulation, I have excelled as a speaker and moderator at conferences and events and, as an author, have shared my opinions and knowledge with others.

I always wanted to combine data and business. As Head of Data Innovation, I had the great opportunity to combine data-based business models, data innovations, data strategy and data protection regulation and to find entrepreneurial solutions for the subsidiaries of Axel Springer SE.

My courageous step from an inhouse legal cousel to inhouse management consulting. In thise positione I could combine entrepreneural mindset with respective legal knowledge regarding IT infrastructure and architecture especially concerning privacy, cloud computing, data warehouses, online advertisement (e.g. tracking, targeting), start ups and EU legislation.
