Coordinate the strategic outreach and fundraising efforts for the Oregon Center for Nursing.

Directed the StudentMAX program at OCN. StudentMAX is a web-based clinical placement software program that provides more efficient and effective medical education placements nationwide.

Manager for the Nurturing Cultural Competence in Nursing program, a two-year Partners Investing in Nursing's Future grant through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Northwest Health Foundation. Facilitated the work of 13 different projects to improve cultural competence of student and practicing nurses. Organized a conference for all project teams to share their work and create a group of nurses passionate about cultural competence.

Assisted on the evaluation of a four-day work week at Clackamas County with Dr. Masami Nishishiba. Created and administer surveys, participated in focus groups, compiled and analyzed data, and wrote reports.Presented the 90-minute workshop "The Four-Day Work Week: Can it really do more with less?" at the Washington Public Employees Labor Relations Association Fall conference in Bremerton, Wash. in September 2009.Report can be found at http://www.clackamas.us/docs/misc/4dayfinal.pdf.

Provide marketing and public relations consultation to a variety of different organizations. Conducted strategic planning retreats and organized annual franchisee conventions. Assisted in newsletter development and marketing campaigns.

Conduct annual giving campaign for the Antelope Valley Region of UWGLA. Responsible for $1.3 million in donations through corporate and individual giving. Coordinate annual telethon and Day of Caring service projects. Work closely with the Regional Board of Directors and other volunteers to run successful fundraising campaigns.
