• Managing an innovative new solution for the Zapper payment app, to distinguish and apply rewards and vouchers to specific purchases • Coordinating and rolling out the new system in more than three hundred sites for petroleum retailer Total Energies SA • Arranging manufacturing, delivery and installation of equipment at service stations and convenience stores nationwide • Resolving critical issues with hardware solutions • Presenting and selling the solution to Engen, Sasol and Shell head offices and retailers• Assisting neighbouring African countries with launching mobile payments in big brand retailers• Delivering training, troubleshooting and technical support to dealers and third party technicians, remotely and on site• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict adherence to health, safety and statutory regulations, service level agreements, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements
