Jana Clinton, Business Owner
CurrentMy story began when I started paying attention to my health and the signs that are so obvious but ignored for decades as life was too busy. In the middle of my career, my kids were getting ready to go to college, and my mom struggled with cancer. The sad part of my story, I was introduced to the health benefits of detoxing when my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer 22 years ago. We didn't catch on how the process of cleansing the body can restore it. Toxic overload was one of the highlighted chapters in that book, written in 2004. The first chapter also spoke about the adverse effects of stress, which my mom was under for many years. We know now that stressful situations trigger your body's fight-or-flight response, a primitive biochemical reaction that puts your body on red alert. Ultimately, your body becomes less efficient at eliminating toxins, and your toxic load increase. Almost 22 years later, my passion for women's health connected to toxic overload is my purpose, and mom helped me continue her legacy of nurturing her children and the women in her life. I am finally listening to her nudging me to share our story to impact more moms and daughters. Living six decades with this one body has taught me to nourish my body, rest my body, and detox my body.I am completely aligned with my beliefs and adopted a routine of daily detoxing for myself and my husband. I strengthened my immune system naturally, and my lifestyle is healthier by not getting sick every month. Those days are gone, and hopefully forever. Now I desire to share this with other women my age and help their daughters and granddaughters. It's a process of small changes and consistent behavior that builds our bodies to protect ourselves when exposed to stress, heavy metals, toxins, and everyday life. I would love to chat and get to know you, Love, Jana
