• For the USSTRATCOM MCCC & the USSPACECOM MCCC Operational Test & Evaluations (OT&E) test teams, developed the Test Plan, Critical Operational Issue COIs, Measures of Effectiveness MOEs, Measures of Performance MOPs, & the Detailed Test Procedures DTPs. • For the Missile Warning project, created programs to analyze data from over 50 sources and generate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to reduce the data to a human-comprehensible format. • Designed and developed automated tools to create system specific messages for injection into the HAVE STARE system. Designed and developed tools to analyze the format and content of messages generated by system under test. During the test periods, provided software modifications 24/7 until determination of actual system requirements and specifications. • Established the capability to monitor traffic into and out of systems under test, including GMP and HAVE STARE systems. Designed and developed an automated tool to collect and analyze data for the GPS delivery system. • Developed System Test Plans, System Test Procedures, and Detailed Test Procedures; wrote Test Reports. Determined the message sets received by the MCCCs in an operational environment, in order to validate testing of all message types. • Completed Rational Rose automated test tool suite training. Conducted code audits.• Successfully completed CSP Overview and Training, MAXI Overview and Training, MIDB Overview and Training, NPES II Battle Staff and System Administrator courses. Based on these courses, developed training material for these systems for the remainder of the test team. • Responsible for creating all system diagrams required for testing and analysis of both the USSPACECOM MCCC and the USSTRATCOM MCCC and their components. • Responsible for developing and mapping out individual actions, for a period of 30 days, for all battle staff positions for both OT&Es.
