I am an experienced office and sales manager with 5+ years in customer service. While my role in customer service has changed over the years, the reason for my work has remained the same - to serve others, improve customer experience, and form authentic connections. What I love most about my office and sales manager position at Pear Tree Estate is helping clients to have the best planning and event experience. From the moment I meet a client, I want to make a positive impact. In an industry where deadlines must be met quickly and tensions can be high, I enjoy using my creativity, organization, and attention to detail skill set to make clients' planning experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I am a recent graduate of Colorado State University Global with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
