As the owner and founder of WrightCare, I leverage my extensive experience and education in nursing administration, quality and compliance, informatics, accreditation, and team leadership to help these hospitals achieve excellence and sustainability.I have over 10 years of experience working in various healthcare settings, including critical access hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, and intensive care units. I have successfully built new service lines, opened new facilities, managed and adjusted complex medical equipment, reported on numerous quality programs, helped hospitals achieve accreditation, and implemented multiple quality improvement initiatives. I am passionate about advocating for rural healthcare and empowering teams to deliver high-quality care to their communities.
