- Provides administrative support to the Vice President for Advancement and the Executive Director for Advancement, including, but not limited to, management of invoices and expense reports, travel logistics, calendar management and meeting preparation. - Works closely with the Vice President for Advancement to secure donor visits, administrate movement within the VP’s donor portfolio and arrange travel and meeting logistics. - Proactively proposes and implements new department processes and procedures and/or changes to existing department procedures, with a focus on increasing efficiency, reducing error and improving the constituent experience.- Coordinates with Advancement staff and other campus partners on various annual engagement events for donors, alumni and congregations. This includes, but is not limited to, on- and on-campus events, Synod Assemblies, PLU’s Corporation Meeting, and PLU Sunday. - Serves as the department’s office manager performing duties such as managing and ordering office supplies, managing the file system, coordinating the onboarding process of new staff.- Serves as liaison between the Vice Presidents and others on campus in regards to the VPs’ schedules and Division of Advancement’s priorities.- Records minutes at Board of Regents Marketing and Advancement Committee meetings and provide administrative support to the committee.- Assists in the planning and management of logistics for department meetings and events.- Supervises the Advancement student staff.- Provides an exceptional constituent experience through phone and email management.

Maintained database of alumni, students, donors, and beneficiaries with the goal of strengthening PLU's relationship with individuals and organizations that promote donations for the university while alleviating financial strain on students and improving the resources available to them.
