Janae Moss and her husband, Jon, own several businesses, including their flagship RBM Building Maintenance. She has focused on supporting the growth of these companies through community engagement. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology to support her work in every area.RBM, the largest family-owned building maintenance company in the Intermountain West. Jon and Janae purchased RBM in 2004. In 2020, RBM Services was ranked in the Inc. 5000 for 91% growth over a three-year period of time.In addition, Janae co-wrote an educational curriculum for her non-profit, Parents Driving Change, which teaches families how to be resilient, recognize their voice, and lead. This educational system includes a children’s book, curriculum, activity book, and online course.Alongside the success of RBM and its six sister companies, Janae is a passionate executive coach and social entrepreneur trained in performance psychology because she believes all organizations are based on the people that make them great. In every endeavor, she invests in communities and helps develop the strengths of people and families.Public service has been a pillar of Janae’s life for decades. She is currently the co-lead of A Bolder Way Forward in Utah County, supports the United Way board, and serves as an advisor on the BYU Built4Life program to athletes. In the past, she served as the chair of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce.Some of her past public service includes, membership in the Nellesen Center for Autism advisory board, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences Dean’s Advisory board for Utah Valley University, and the Provo School District Diversity and Equity Council. She also served as co-chair of the Alliance National Parent Partnership Council (Children’s Trust Funds) and the Birth Parent National Network..
